Neopets Items – September/Ocotober

TNT did not much this month. The only ones who get let off are the Petpet Park and converting to NeoHomes 2 staff.

This Month we were going to have the Disco Lil Frankie and its missing image, but TNT fixed that a few days ago when they added the only 2 non-R101 items of the month.

Instead we have the Alkenore, Antwerph, Boween, Charnie, Dua, Flerper, Millipod, Roburg 3T3 & Seti

No, you are not seeing double, or part blind in the case of the Antwerph & Flerper. Some colours do appear twice in the Petpet Puddle, and the unpainted Antwerph & Flerper are not listed. Oh my, and the Roburg 3T3 isn’t listing any!

Neopets Items – August/September

TNT did nothing for most of the month. They were only saved by a large 2008 release the one weekend I was not available.

This Month we have three six items that cause headaches with the Jellyneo wishlist system.

The url of the image trips the image filter extension check because it reads space and %20 as the end of the url even if you use quote marks.	Nearest I can figure, the word expression in a tag trips the filter. Its fine if its plain text, but in an image or link it will cause the whole tag to be replaced by -invalid_words-	Whenever you type Online or Onions on the Neoboards you will find the filter adds a _ on the end. Well, petpages do it too, and in doing so it will eat whatever character was immediately after thereby breaking alt/title and cell code. Unlike the first two, this can be dealt with by just adding an extra, non-space, character after the word.

These, and last months, stats do not reflect the fact TNT have been adding the AC prizes intermittently since early May. Yup, they didn’t plan them, just did whatever.

This Month we have Omelettes! To be exact, 15 items, 5 different Omelettes. All these items were Announced and Added to the system, but no one remembered to make them given out by the Giant Omelette Xp

Neopets Items – May/June

TNT started well this month, adding several weeks until they were caught up to current news – coincidentally just after I posted the Item Stats on Zaphod4. However, in the last 2 weeks, despite many items from 2008 still being MIA they have added very little, other than the previous week and wearables from a couple of pet days (2008).

Btw, they still haven’t added the items from Fyora Day 2008. And that Pink JubJub Plushie was already announced June 6th 2008.

Also, new on Item News & Stats, Item(s) of the Week. But instead of giving available items these are MIA or glitched. Each week a different JN Staffer, or JNF user, will pick the item(s) and create a description for it. So far Zador, Weepit and Steve have picked items. (Now what you going to do TNT?)

Also, if anyone is wondering. Yes, they have officially terminated updates to the Italian, Korean and Japanese  versions of the site.

At the end of 2008, the Italian version of Neopets will not be updated. The good news is that however the site and your favorite activities will remain available.

If you can not do without the new content and speak another language, the Neopets site will be updated again in: Chinese, English, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish and German. To go to one of these languages just use the drop-down men
