Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya

For those that don’t know, the 2nd new episode in the re-airing of The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya was aired on Friday. And was available online with English Subs within the day.

“Endless Eight” (Endoresu Eito | エンドレスエイト) is set at the end of the summer vacation, between Ultra Detective Haruhi and Rock Star Haruhi.

Kyon, having been kept busy by Haruhi’s island adventure and a trip to the countryside with his family, is just settling in to relax for the final two weeks of summer vacation. Unfortunately for him, Haruhi wants to get everything she can out of the precious time she has remaining, in the company of the SOS Brigade. As such, the group is taken on a whirlwind tour of summer activities, from swimming pools to summer festivals, doing part-time jobs and bug hunting. Finally, Haruhi has made it through her entire list, and the last day of August arrives. Though Kyon tries to make up for lost time by doing his neglected summer homework, he eventually gives in to distraction, going to bed that night nonplussed. ~Wikipedia

Yes, that does mean Haruhi, Yuki ans Mikaru are not in school swimming costumes. Though, probably to to be fixed by Haruhi at some point, Mikaru is not in a 2-piece. For some reason Yuki spends the entire time in her Summer uniform, except for wearing a yukata at the festivals and the swimsuit for the pool and beach.

Neopets Items – May/June

TNT started well this month, adding several weeks until they were caught up to current news – coincidentally just after I posted the Item Stats on Zaphod4. However, in the last 2 weeks, despite many items from 2008 still being MIA they have added very little, other than the previous week and wearables from a couple of pet days (2008).

Btw, they still haven’t added the items from Fyora Day 2008. And that Pink JubJub Plushie was already announced June 6th 2008.

It seems we have found out why Nexy always wears a hat. As for the tail, she says its a magic tail. Nexy keeps the ears for their super sensitive hearing – the panda ears of her hat hide them.  This may also explain why when she did fall off the ladder in the BOA she landed on her feet.

Suzuka, well we aren’t sure if they are real or if she found a nekomimi costume.

Terry Berry T7B4

Several Terry Berry, strain T7B4, have been found outside the cultivation fields recently. If you find one, do not, I repeat, do not eat it. Not only is it unbelievably sour, but it will make you finish every sentience with “Hail Sloth” for the rest of the day, assuming you don’t fall unconscious.

Diet Terry is not made from T7B4. Terry uses it for far more evil things than that.

TNT seem to have had a rather lazy month, especially for one with no event other than a glitch riddled giveaway which many are still waiting for items from.
